BigKina Login: Sign In to Your Account

Log in to BigKina with your PNG phone number and password, reset a forgotten password, stay signed in on your phone, and keep your account safe.

How BigKina login works

Your BigKina login is your PNG mobile number and a password. There is no separate username to remember: the number you joined with is your username, and it is also the number we text if you ever need a reset code. You use the same login in the installed app and at www.bigkina.com in a browser, because they are one account with one balance.

The app remembers you on your own phone, so most days you open the icon and you are already in. You only type the password again after logging out, after a long break, or on a phone you have not used before.

Log in to the BigKina app

Open BigKina from your home screen icon, or go to www.bigkina.com in your browser.
Tap PLAY on the start screen.
Tap LOG IN at the top of the lobby.
Enter your phone number as 7XXXXXXX (eight digits, no +675, no leading zero).
Type your password and tap LOG IN. Your balance appears in the gold capsule at the top.

The app's own keypad opens for the phone number. It is the same keypad used for amounts, so the phone keyboard never comes up sideways across the lobby.

Wrong number or password shows a red line on the LOG IN card. Check the number first: it is the most common slip.

Which phone number format to use

Type the eight digits of your mobile number only, for example 7XXXXXXX. Do not add +675, 675 or a leading 0. Digicel and Vodafone numbers both work. If you joined with a different number than the one you are trying now, the app will tell you the login does not match; use the number you joined with.

Behind the scenes your account has a member code made of bk plus your phone number. You never need to type it, but you may see it on a receipt or when you talk to support.

Forgot your BigKina password?

On the LOG IN card tap FORGOT PASSWORD.
Enter your phone number. BigKina texts a code to that number.
Type the code into the app.
Choose a new password on the NEW PASSWORD card and confirm it.
Log in with the new password. Any other phone that was signed in is signed out.

No code after a couple of minutes? Check the number you typed, make sure the phone has signal, and ask for the code again. Codes expire, so use the newest one.

Lost the number you joined with? Open CHAT in the app. Support will check your identity before changing anything, which is what keeps someone else from taking your account.

Staying logged in

BigKina keeps you signed in on your own phone until you log out or your session expires. Things that end a session early: logging in on another phone (the newest login wins and the older phone goes back to the start screen), clearing the browser's data, or using a private window.

If you share a phone, log out when you finish: open MENU, tap LOG OUT, then tap it again to confirm. Two taps so a stray touch never signs you out mid-session.

Login problems and fixes

"Wrong phone number or password." Type the number as 7XXXXXXX and check for a letter in the password typed as a number. Caps on the keypad matter.

The app goes back to the start screen by itself. Someone (probably you, on another phone) logged in to the same account. Log in again; if it keeps happening and it was not you, change your password now.

The LOG IN button does nothing. The app is still loading on slow data. Wait for the gold bar to fill and try again, or switch between Wi-Fi and data.

"Please enable cookies" or a blank screen. The browser is blocking storage. Allow cookies for www.bigkina.com in Chrome's Site settings, or turn off Block all cookies in Safari's settings.

I can log in on the website but not in the app. They are the same login. Remove the app icon and install it again; a half-finished install can hold an old copy.

Account locked. Too many wrong tries locks the login for a while. Wait, then reset the password instead of guessing.

Keep your BigKina account safe

Use a password only you know. Not your phone number, not 12345678, and not the same password as your email.

Never share a reset code. BigKina staff never ask for your password or a code by chat, SMS, WhatsApp or Facebook.

Payouts protect you. Winnings only go to a bank or CellMoni account in your own name. A thief with your password cannot send your money anywhere else.

Log out on borrowed phones. MENU, LOG OUT, tapped twice.

Check the address. The real app comes from www.bigkina.com only. A login page on another address is not ours.

Logging in on a new or borrowed phone

Your account is not tied to a phone. On a new phone, install BigKina or open www.bigkina.com, tap PLAY, then LOG IN with the same number and password. Everything is there: balance, bank accounts, history, VIP level and coins. The old phone is signed out the moment the new one signs in, which is also a handy way to make sure nobody else is still logged in somewhere.

On a borrowed phone, play in the browser rather than installing the icon, and log out from MENU when you finish. If you forget, logging in on your own phone later signs the borrowed one out anyway.

App login and website login are the same

There is one BigKina. The icon on your home screen and the address www.bigkina.com open the same app, and a password changed in one is changed in both. If the icon ever shows an old version or will not open, use the browser for that session and reinstall the icon later; your login does not change.

Agents and friend links: a link that opens www.bigkina.com/register/ with a code on the end fills the referral code into the JOIN form. It does not change how you log in afterwards.

New here? Join instead of logging in

If you have never played at BigKina, tap JOIN BIGKINA instead. Sign-up takes about a minute: phone number, password, and your full name as it appears on your bank or CellMoni account. Login questions

What is my BigKina username?

Your PNG mobile number, typed as 7XXXXXXX. Your member code is bk followed by that number, but you never need to type it.

Can I log in on two phones at once?

No. Logging in on a second phone signs the first one out. The account itself works on any phone.

I changed my phone number. Can I keep my account?

Open CHAT in the app. Support will verify you before updating the number.

Why does the app ask for my password again?

You logged out, cleared browser data, used a private window, or logged in elsewhere. Type it in and the app remembers you again.

Does BigKina have a login page on the website?

Yes: www.bigkina.com is the same app. Tap PLAY, then LOG IN.
