Every reward in the BigKina app

BigKina rewards you for showing up, for depositing, for playing and for bringing wantoks. The rewards live in a few places in the app: the DAILY CHECK-IN card, the PROMO panel, COINS & REWARDS, the VIP panel, SPIN & WIN, and the EARN tab on the side of the lobby. This guide explains what each one is, how to claim it, and the one rule that matters for all of them: turnover.

Offers change. The figures that count are always the ones shown in the app on the day, so this guide explains how things work rather than listing amounts.

Daily check-in

The easiest reward in the app. Once a day, the first time you open BigKina while logged in, the DAILY CHECK-IN card pops up by itself. Tap to claim today's coins. If you close it, open MENU and tap DAILY CHECK-IN later; the same claim waits for you until midnight. Once claimed, the card says today is claimed and to come back tomorrow.

Check-in rewards grow with the streak, so a player who claims every day collects more than one who claims now and then. Missing a day does not take anything away that you already claimed; it just restarts the streak.

Coins and the rewards store

Coins are BigKina's loyalty points. You collect them from check-ins and from playing, and you see your balance in the COINS & REWARDS panel. The STORE inside that panel lists what coins can be exchanged for, each with its coin price; tap REDEEM, confirm, and tell the app where to send it when it asks. Items can go out of stock, so if something you want is listed, claim it while it is there.

HISTORY inside the same panel shows every coin you earned and spent.

PROMO offers

The PROMO panel is where deposit bonuses, reload offers, cashback and seasonal promotions appear. Each card shows what you get, the minimum deposit if there is one, the turnover you need to play before withdrawing, the games it counts on, and how long the offer runs. Read the card before you claim; it is short and it is the rule book for that offer.

Claiming a deposit offer is usually: tap the offer, then deposit the minimum or more through the DEPOSIT panel, and the bonus is added once the deposit is confirmed. Some offers are one per member, some can be claimed again each day or each weekend; the card says which.

Turnover: the one rule to understand

Turnover (also called rollover or wagering) is the total amount you need to bet before bonus money can be withdrawn. An offer with K10 bonus and 5x turnover means you bet K50 in total, win or lose, before the bonus and its winnings become cash you can take out. Your own deposit without an offer has no turnover.

The app does the counting for you. If you try to withdraw with turnover still open, the WITHDRAW panel refuses and shows exactly how much you have played, how much is required and how much is left. Play that much more and withdraw again. Not every game counts the same towards turnover; the offer card tells you which games count.

A simple rule for choosing: if you plan to cash out soon, deposit plain. If you plan to play for a while anyway, an offer gives you more balance to play with for the same deposit.

VIP levels

The VIP panel shows your current level, what you need to reach the next one, and what each level gives. Levels are earned by playing over time, so every bet counts towards them. Higher levels unlock better rewards, and the panel shows the exact list for each level, so there is nothing hidden. Guests can open the panel to see the ladder before joining.

Spin & Win

When SPIN & WIN is running, the wheel panel shows how to earn spins, usually by depositing or playing a set amount, and what the prizes are. Spins have to be used in the app; prizes land in your balance or your coins, as the panel says. If the panel says the wheel is not available right now, it is simply switched off for the moment, not broken.

Friend Ladder: earn from your wantoks

Tap the EARN tab on the side of the lobby. It shows your personal link and three buttons: WhatsApp, COPY LINK and SHARE. When a wantok joins through your link, deposits at least the amount shown, and plays, you earn the reward shown on the sheet. The ladder keeps paying as they keep playing, and SEE MY LADDER shows every friend and what each one has earned you.

Share your link on WhatsApp or Facebook, with a word about why you like the app. Fake sign-ups (second accounts of your own) do not count and can put both accounts on hold, so bring real people.

Welcome offers and second-deposit offers

New members often see a welcome offer under PROMO right after joining, and sometimes a follow-up offer a day or two after the first deposit. These are time-limited, so if the card shows a countdown, that is real. The same turnover rule applies. If no welcome card shows, there is none running at the moment; the daily check-in and coins are always there.

A week of rewards, as an example

Monday: you open the app, claim the check-in, and look under PROMO. Tuesday to Thursday: check-in each day, the streak grows, and a few bets add coins. Friday: a weekend reload offer appears; you read the card, deposit the minimum through DEPOSIT, and the bonus lands with its turnover shown. Saturday: you play it through; the WITHDRAW panel shows the turnover bar filling. Sunday: turnover done, you withdraw, and the coins you collected buy something in the STORE. None of the figures above are promises; they are the shape of the thing. The app shows the real numbers each day.

Bonus rules worth knowing

One account per person. Offers are per member, not per phone number. A second account to claim an offer twice puts both on hold.

Read the card. Minimum deposit, turnover and eligible games are all on the offer card before you claim.

Bonus money is not cash until turnover is done. You can play with it straight away; you withdraw it after.

Claims are logged. MENU › TRANSACTIONS shows every bonus credited and its status.

Offers can end. A card that was there yesterday may be gone today. The daily check-in is the one that is always on.

How do I claim the daily check-in?

Log in and the DAILY CHECK-IN card opens by itself once a day. Tap to claim. If you closed it, open MENU and tap DAILY CHECK-IN.

What can I do with coins?

Open COINS & REWARDS and tap STORE. Each item shows its coin price; tap REDEEM and confirm.

Why can't I withdraw my bonus?

Its turnover is not finished. The WITHDRAW panel shows how much is left to play. Play that amount and try again.

Do I have to take a bonus when I deposit?

No. Deposit without choosing an offer and your money has no turnover attached.

How much do I earn from the Friend Ladder?

The EARN tab shows the current reward per friend and the deposit a friend needs to make for it to count.
